My Pilates Philosophy

 

I'll show you how to become the best guide for your body. After nearly 20 years of teaching, healing my own chronic pain and having two babies... I've learned that punishing yourself to meet a "fitness standard" only sets you up for burnout.
 

I'm here to teach you how to reconnect with your core, rebuild your confidence and strength... without punishing yourself. You are always your best teacher. Sometimes you just need a little help getting started.

A note from me…

Although I’ve always been a mover, I’ve never connected with fitness industry fads and ideals. Having had chronic pain and two babies I’m no longer interested in dogma or someone scream “motivating” me in a group class. I want to discover what feels good and strong and aligned in my body and life.
