Seated Side Bend

Winter is a funny time of year. We feel pressure to start anew in January yet we’re tired from the holidays. Not to mention it’s the winter season which doesn’t lend itself to a lot of get up and go. It’s a real fertile void. A time to rest.

And I want to remind you to be kind to yourself. Remember, that as you see all the resolutions and fad fitness programs in your social media feed and television, it’s probably not sustainable, nor fulfilling for your life. You don’t have to do it all and certainly not all at once.

You can choose one thing to do just one day (like a walk) or one thing to do everyday (like squats and stretches while your coffee brews). The goal is to choose something that makes you feel good in your body and also fits with your lifestyle.
