3 Steps to Reconnect to Your Core

You know those days where you’ve not had time to do anything for your body?

And now you back is aching, your neck is stiff, and you still have to get through like 6 more hours before you can lay flat on the floor to rest. I know this feeling all to well.

That’s why I’m sharing my top 3 things I do to hit the reset button. This pre-Pilates sequence leaves me more aligned, a little stronger, and with plenty of time to make dinner for my family. It’s not Pilates olympic training, but it’s simple foundation-building work. Because reality is I don’t always have a full hour to dedicate to myself… or at least not one continuous hour. And we all need to do something even if it’s small.

So in this mini-class, you start shifting your not so great patterns and reconnect with your center… including your abs. All in under 15 minutes.

How often can you do this?

Every day is dreamy… multiple times a day and you are my hero. But the whole point is for you to feel good not guilty. If it’s once a week, start there and build. Something is better than nothing.
